The last of it...

Here are the last of John Dickson's birthday pictures. All in all it was a pretty great day, and John Dickson was in a great mood. He was pretty bashful, but once he got his new shades, he was back to his usual ham self. He didn't really smash his cake in his face, but more carefully broke off small pieces and ate them. He loved his Winnie the Pooh birthday balloon, and although he wasn't too interested in opening presents, he loved to play with them once we got them opened. On that note, we are going to have to add on to our house to have a place to put all of his stuff - that kid is s-p-o-i-l-e-d. Only child, and only grandchild on both sides... what do you expect? Anyway, it was a bittersweet day. That little man sure is growing up fast! We're pretty proud parents :-)

Enjoying his super sweet new wheels... the turbo wagon from the future, thanks to all of his wonderful grandparents. P.S. Those balls are from his sports center, and he takes them everywhere now! While enjoying his indoor wagon ride, he used his cupholders (yes, there are 4) to hold the balls so his hands could have a break.

And Grumps and Uncle Jarey putting together the turbo wagon.
